The Bain Marie BMH 160-2 is a double unit that accommodates two 1/1 GN, four 1/2 GN, or six 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep. Two 1 kW heating circuits allow several dishes to be kept warm side by side. The water bath is drained via the drain valve; the rim is seamless, and the inner container is deep-drawn.
