Our own technicians connect your new appliance, commission it and show your staff how it works. We arrange the appointment with you after you order.
Our thank-you: installation at a preferential price
Are you buying your appliance from us? Then we say thank you – with a preferential price for connection and installation by our own technicians. Depending on the appliance, you save CHF 130 to CHF 260 on the connection, and up to CHF 450 on the installation of a Döner robot. This way, your new appliance runs properly from day one, and you save real money.
Simply select the service directly on the appliance. The discount is deducted automatically in the cart, without a code. For an appliance you already have, you can also book the services separately («separately» price).
Connection & commissioning
The shop automatically selects the right level based on the weight of the appliance.
Small appliance – with appliance CHF 299 (separately CHF 429)
e.g. countertop induction hob or countertop fryer with high-voltage power, coffee machine with water connection (up to 30 kg)Medium appliance – with appliance CHF 449 (separately CHF 639)
e.g. dishwasher or glasswasher, 4-burner range, convection oven, floor-standing fryer (31–120 kg)Large appliance – with appliance CHF 599 (separately CHF 859)
e.g. pizza oven, combi steamer, large range with oven (over 120 kg)
Included: connection of the appliance to the existing connections, function test and instruction of your staff by a technician.
Plug-in appliances such as toasters, blenders or refrigerators with a plug do not need connecting – just plug them in. That is why we do not offer a connection service for them.
Who puts the appliance in place?
Our technician comes alone. However, medium and large appliances cannot be carried into place by one person – which is why you choose on the appliance who helps:
Small appliance: Our technician manages on their own. No help needed.
Medium appliance: Either 1 person from your team helps briefly (price as above) – or we bring 1 additional staff member: + CHF 149 with appliance (separately CHF 219).
Large appliance: Either 2 people from your team help briefly (price as above) – or we bring 2 additional staff members: + CHF 289 with appliance (separately CHF 419).
Döner robot installation
Small package – half a day: CHF 599 with appliance (separately CHF 859). One appliance: setting up, connecting and brief instruction.
Large package – full day: CHF 999 with appliance (separately CHF 1'449). Larger system or several appliances: setting up, connecting, adjusting and detailed training of your staff.

Removal of old appliance
Old appliance up to 30 kg (e.g. microwave, countertop fryer): CHF 49
Old appliance 31–120 kg (e.g. dishwasher, refrigerator): CHF 89
Old appliance over 120 kg (e.g. pizza oven): CHF 149
We take your old appliance away and dispose of it properly, at the connection appointment or separately. Without a connection order, the old appliance must already be disconnected (electricity, water and gas disconnected).

Area and travel flat rate
The prices apply in the canton of Zurich and the neighbouring cantons (AG, SH, TG, SG, SZ, ZG). In the rest of German-speaking Switzerland, a travel flat rate of CHF 100 per call-out is added. Romandy, Ticino, Valais and Graubünden on request.
What you need to prepare
Electricity, water, drainage and extraction connections are ready at the installation site and suitable for the appliance (see the connection check on the product).
The installation site is at ground level or accessible by lift, and doors and corridors are wide enough.
The appliance has been delivered and is on site at the time of the appointment.
Not included
Materials such as plugs, cables, hoses or exhaust ducts
Transport up stairs (on request)
Gas connection with leak test (on request via a specialist)
Electrical and plumbing installations in the building, e.g. new cables or sockets
If the prerequisites are not met or the work takes longer for reasons beyond our control, we charge the additional work at CHF 130 per hour. All prices excl. VAT. Our GTC (section 14) apply.
