Free delivery from CHF 500
For goods with a value of CHF 500 or more (after deduction of discounts, excluding services such as connection or disposal), we deliver free of charge throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein – both by parcel and by freight carrier.
Orders under CHF 500
Parcel (shipments up to 30 kg): CHF 20 per order
Freight delivery (shipments over 30 kg, e.g. large appliances and furniture): CHF 99 per delivery

Delivery times
Stock items: approx. 5–10 working days
Made-to-order goods: approx. 3–6 weeks – e.g. Tecnoinox and Pizza Group approx. 3 weeks, Atalay and Iceinox approx. 5–6 weeks
The expected delivery time is shown on every product. For made-to-order goods, we will contact you with the expected delivery date.
Freight delivery
Delivery is kerbside delivery. Carrying the goods inside, setting them up and connecting them are your responsibility – you can add installation and commissioning by our technicians directly to the appliance. What is included is described under Installation & connection. The carrier will notify you before delivery, and you can arrange the date directly with them. Deliveries on a fixed date and deliveries with a tail lift are possible on request for a surcharge.
Please let us know before you order: Does your business have stairs, no lift, narrow doors or corridors, or is the delivery point not at ground level? Then tell us in advance. This way we can find the right solution (e.g. delivery with a tail lift or by our technicians) and you avoid an expensive second delivery.
Car-free locations, mountain businesses and locations without lorry access are supplied up to the last location that can be reached by lorry or up to the valley station. You bear the costs of onward transport.
If the goods cannot be delivered because nobody is present, we charge the costs of the second delivery (usually CHF 99).
Collection
By arrangement, you can collect your goods from our warehouse in Bülach (Schlosserstrasse 4, 8180 Bülach). No shipping costs are then charged. Please call us beforehand.
