We fix the fault or service the appliance. You receive an invoice listing all work carried out.

Cooking appliances, pizza ovens, fryers, grills, refrigeration appliances, dishwashers, coffee machines and slicers – in other words, the appliances that run every day in restaurants, pizzerias and snack bars. Whether a repair is worthwhile depends on the appliance, its condition and spare parts. We will discuss this openly with you.
Yes, on request. Tell us the brand and model, and we will tell you whether we can help.
Our hourly rate is CHF 130.– excl. VAT. In addition, there is a travel flat rate depending on the zone of CHF 100.– to CHF 240.– excl. VAT. Spare parts are charged separately. For larger jobs, you receive a quote in advance.
After your request, you receive an appointment within 48 hours. In an emergency – including at weekends – call us and we will find a solution.

Yes. We carry out troubleshooting, maintenance and repair directly at your business. This keeps downtime as short as possible.
Yes. With a maintenance contract, your appliances are serviced regularly at a fixed price. Ask us and we will put together an offer tailored to your appliances.
Yes. If parts are needed, we clarify availability and price and order them for you.
