This is a translation for information purposes. The German version is legally binding.
All prices are in CHF excl. VAT. VAT is added at checkout and shown on the invoice. The following payment methods are available to you:
Pay immediately
Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You enter your card details directly with the payment provider.
Apple Pay and Google Pay: quickly with your smartphone or on your computer.
TWINT: confirm with the TWINT app.
PayPal: you are redirected to PayPal and confirm the payment there.
Pay later
Klarna: pay later or in instalments. Klarna checks your details; Klarna's terms and conditions also apply.
Prepayment by bank transfer: after your order, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. Please transfer the amount within 7 days. We deliver after receipt of payment.
Invoice: only for business customers whom we have checked and approved in advance. Please contact us before your first order. Payment term 30 days net.
Leasing
Via our partner Grenke Leasing for purchases of CHF 1'000 net or more and subject to a credit check by Grenke. This protects your liquidity. It is best to ask us before ordering – we will put the application together for you. We deliver as soon as Grenke has confirmed the contract.
Good to know
For orders of CHF 5'000 net or more, made-to-order goods and projects, a down payment of 50 % may be required. If you pay online immediately (card, TWINT, PayPal), the amount paid is deemed to be payment in full.
We may exclude individual payment methods or require advance payment.
Our GTC (sections 7 and 8) are authoritative.
