The mobile SARO Bain-Marie trolley BT-2 is designed for keeping food warm and serving food in GN containers. Two independently usable basins provide space for different foods. The double-walled stainless steel base ensures even heat distribution, and the temperature can be regulated from +30 to +90 °C. Four easy-glide casters, two with locking brakes, make it mobile.
