The SARO Bain-Marie E7/BME1BA keeps food warm in a water bath. The rounded basin with a 13-liter capacity accommodates a GN 1/1 container with a depth of 150 mm. A fill and drain tap are built in, an overflow system limits the water level, and the safety thermostat is adjustable from +30 to +90 °C. The open base provides storage space under the unit.
