The SARO Bain-Marie BMH 210 keeps food warm in a water bath. It accommodates one GN 1/1 container, 2 × GN 1/2, or 3 × GN 1/3, with a depth of up to 200 mm. The temperature can be adjusted via thermostat between 0 and +100 °C, and it also features an on/off switch, indicator light, and drain valve. The device is made of stainless steel and is connected to a 230 V power supply.
