The SARO Bain-Marie BM 160 keeps food warm in a water bath. It accommodates one GN 1/1 container, 2 × GN 1/2, or 3 × GN 1/3 with a depth of up to 150 mm. The temperature can be adjusted via thermostat between 0 and +100 °C, and an indicator light shows when the unit is in operation. The device is made of stainless steel and is connected to a 230 V power supply.
