Free delivery from CHF 500

For orders with a goods value of CHF 500 or more (after deduction of discounts, excluding services such as connection or disposal), we deliver free of charge throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein – by parcel as well as by freight forwarder.

Orders under CHF 500

• Parcel (shipments up to 30 kg): CHF 20 per order

• Freight delivery (shipments over 30 kg, e.g. large appliances and furniture): CHF 99 per delivery

Delivery times

• Items in stock: approx. 5–10 working days

• Made-to-order items: approx. 3–6 weeks – e.g. Tecnoinox and Pizza Group approx. 3 weeks, Atalay and Iceinox approx. 5–6 weeks

The expected delivery time is shown for each product. For made-to-order items, we will contact you with the expected delivery date.

Freight delivery

Delivery is made to the kerbside. Carrying the goods inside, setting them up and connecting them are your responsibility – installation and commissioning by our technicians can be added directly when you order the appliance. What is included is described under Installation & Connection. The carrier will notify you before delivery, and you can agree the appointment directly with them. Deliveries at a fixed appointment and deliveries with a tail lift are available on request for an additional charge.

Please let us know before ordering: Does your premises have stairs, no lift, narrow doors or corridors, or is the delivery point not at ground level? Then tell us beforehand. This way we can find a suitable solution (e.g. delivery with a tail lift or by our technicians) and you avoid an expensive second delivery attempt.

For car-free locations, mountain businesses and places without truck access, we deliver to the last place reachable by truck or to the valley station. You bear the costs of onward transport.

If the goods cannot be delivered because nobody is present, we will charge the costs of the second delivery attempt (usually CHF 99).

Collection

By arrangement, you can collect your goods at our warehouse in Bülach (Schlosserstrasse 4, 8180 Bülach). No shipping costs are incurred in this case. Please call us beforehand.
