Who we are
Gastro Systems GmbH is a technical service company for hospitality businesses based in Zurich. We sell catering appliances and equipment – and install, maintain and repair them with our own technicians. This way, you get advice, appliance and service from a single source.
Our story
Our founder Timur Durgut worked for over 15 years as a service technician in the system catering sector, including for large chains. There he saw how much difference reliable technology and well-thought-out processes make. In 2024 he founded Gastro Systems to pass this know-how on to small and medium-sized businesses: restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars and kebab shops, cafés and bars.
Our team
Timur Durgut is the owner and is responsible for service. Andreas Hitz is our technical director and has been a specialist in kitchen construction for over 25 years.
What we do for you
Appliances and equipment: cooking appliances, pizza ovens, döner equipment, refrigeration, warewashing and stainless steel furniture in our online shop – with personal advice.
Installation: connection, commissioning and instruction of your staff by our technicians (prices and services).
Service and maintenance: repair and maintenance directly at your premises, on request also for appliances you did not buy from us (request service).
Kitchen planning: together with you, we plan which appliances suit your menu, your space and your connections.
