The SARO Bain-Marie BMH 160 keeps food warm in a water bath. It accommodates one GN 1/1 container, 2 × GN 1/2, or 3 × GN 1/3, with a maximum depth of 150 mm. The temperature can be adjusted via the thermostat between 0 and +100 °C, and the water can be drained using the drain valve. The device is made of stainless steel and is connected to a 230 V power supply.
