The SARO VRX 2000 S/S refrigerated top keeps ingredients chilled at the workstation and accommodates 9 × 1/3 containers up to 150 mm deep. Static cooling with a foam-insulated evaporator maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital temperature controller (Copeland). The housing and hinged lid are made of stainless steel. The top is ideal for use with SARO pizza tables.
