The SARO SV 1800 sushi display case provides static cooling from above in the range of 0 to +6 °C and offers a capacity of 85.5 liters. Seven GN-1/3 containers with a depth of 25.4 mm are included. It is stocked via two sliding doors on the back; the rounded front glass can be opened or removed for cleaning. LED interior lighting, digital temperature control from DIXELL, and automatic defrosting are standard features.
