The SARO SV 1500 sushi display cooler cools statically from above in the range of 0 to +6 °C and offers a capacity of 74.5 liters. Five GN-1/3 containers with a depth of 25.4 mm are included. It is stocked via two sliding doors on the back; the rounded front glass can be opened or removed for cleaning. LED interior lighting, digital temperature control from DIXELL, and automatic defrosting are part of the equipment.
