The sushi bar is a refrigerated display counter for five GN 1/2 containers with a depth of 40 mm. The static cooling maintains a temperature of +2 to 7 °C, and defrosting is automatic. LED interior lighting makes the products clearly visible, and access is provided via sliding doors on the operator side.
