The SAMIRA sushi display case by SARO provides static cooling from above in the range of 0 to +12 °C and offers a 62-liter capacity. Six 40 mm deep GN-1/3 containers are included. It is stocked via two sliding doors on the back, while the rounded front glass provides a clear view of the products. LED interior lighting, digital temperature control, and automatic defrosting are standard features.
