The SARO refrigerated worktop VRX 1600 S/S keeps ingredients chilled at the workstation and accommodates 7 × 1/3 containers up to 150 mm deep. Static cooling with a foam-insulated evaporator maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital temperature controller (Copeland). The housing and hinged lid are made of stainless steel.
