The SARO VRX 1200 S/S refrigerated top takes 4 × 1/3 or 3 × 1/3 + 1/2 GN containers up to 150 mm deep and keeps ingredients chilled at +2 to +8 °C. The housing and hinged lid are made of stainless steel; the lid covers the containers when not in use. The static cooling is controlled by a digital DIXELL temperature controller, the filter is accessible via a service door and easy to clean. The top is designed for use with pizza tables.
