The SARO cooling top VRX 955/380 holds three 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep and keeps the ingredients chilled at +2 to +8 °C using static cooling. The 6 mm thick glass top makes the ingredients visible, and the temperature is digitally controlled via a DIXELL controller. The filter is accessible through a service door and easy to clean. The top is designed for use with pizza tables.
