The SARO VRX 1500/330 refrigerated counter accepts 7 × 1/4 GN containers up to 150 mm deep and keeps ingredients chilled at +2 to +8 °C. The 6 mm thick glass top provides a clear view of the ingredients. Static cooling is controlled by a digital DIXELL temperature controller, the filter is accessible via a service door and easy to clean.
