The SARO cooling top VRX 2000/380 keeps ingredients chilled at the workstation and accommodates 9 × 1/3 containers up to 150 mm deep. Static cooling with a foam-insulated evaporator maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital temperature control system (Copeland). The housing is made of stainless steel with a glass top. The top is ideal for use with SARO pizza tables.
