The SARO refrigerated top VRX 1500/380 keeps ingredients chilled at the workstation and accommodates 6 × 1/3 or 5 × 1/3 + 1/2 containers up to 150 mm deep. Static cooling with a foam-insulated evaporator maintains +2 to +8 °C, controlled by a digital temperature controller (Copeland). The housing is made of stainless steel with a glass top. The top is ideal for use with SARO pizza tables.
