The SARO fryer GASTROLINE 12V is a countertop model with a capacity of 12 litres and 9 kW heating power for larger frying quantities. The basket measures 200 × 273 mm, and the drain tap has a removable spout. The equipment includes a tank with cold zone, a removable heating element and a safety thermostat.
