The SARO electric fryer FARO is a floor-standing model with a capacity of 20 litres and a basket of 415 × 260 mm. With a connected load of 18 kW, it is designed for larger frying quantities. The equipment includes a cold zone, drain tap, infinitely variable control up to 190 °C and a safety thermostat.
