The Professional II is the double version of the Professional line with two 10 litre tanks of 8.1 kW each at 400 V. The stainless steel heating elements are removable, which makes cleaning both tanks easier. In both tanks, a cold zone ensures that frying residues sink to the bottom. Two independent tanks let you fry different foods at the same time without transferring flavours.

What connection does the Professional II need?
Three-phase power with two separate 400 V connections (3N, 8.1 kW each). The type 25 / CEE 16 A plugs are not included in the scope of delivery.
