The SARO fryer GASTROLINE 12VS is a floor-standing stainless steel unit with a capacity of 12 litres for regular frying in snack bars and catering businesses. The rounded tank has a cold zone, and the drain tap leads into a stainless steel collecting container. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C, and the heating element can be removed for cleaning.
