The SARO electric fryer PORTO is a floor-standing model with two tanks of 10 litres each, in which different products can be fried separately. Both tanks have a cold zone and a drain tap; the temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 190 °C. The unit is supplied with two connection cables without plugs.
