The SARO PROFRI 10 fryer is a countertop unit with a capacity of 10 litres and 6 kW of power. It is only 335 mm wide and has a drain tap and an on/off switch. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C, and the heating element is removable for cleaning.
