The Professional is a countertop fryer for continuous commercial operation with a 10 litre tank and 8.1 kW at 400 V. The stainless steel heating elements can be removed, allowing the tank to be cleaned thoroughly. A cold zone collects frying residues, and a safety thermostat protects against overheating. It is connected with a type 25 / CEE 16 A plug, which is not included in the scope of delivery.
