The mobile SARO Bain-Marie trolley BT-3 is designed for keeping food warm and serving food in GN containers. Three basins provide space for larger quantities of food. The double-walled stainless steel base ensures even heat distribution, and the temperature can be regulated from +30 to +90 °C. Four easy-glide casters, two of which have locking brakes, make it mobile.
