The SARO BME2BA bain-marie keeps food warm and is designed for GN containers up to 200 mm deep. The basin can accommodate one GN 1/1 container or alternatively 2 × GN 1/3. The temperature can be set from 30 to 90 °C. The open base provides additional storage space.

GN containers up to a maximum depth of 200 mm; the tank is designed for 1 × GN 1/1 and 2 × GN 1/3.
