The SARO fryer GASTROLINE 12+12V has two tanks of 12 litres each and a combined heating power of 18 kW in an 800 mm wide countertop unit. Both tanks have a drain tap with removable spout, a cold zone and infinitely variable control up to 180 °C. Two products can be fried simultaneously and separately.
