The SARO Griddle Plate FRY TOP GH 610 R has a ribbed cooking surface measuring 600 × 400 mm and two heating zones. This gives meat, fish, vegetables and burgers a grilled texture. The two zones allow products to be prepared in parallel or at different temperatures.
