The SARO FRY TOP GH 760 R griddle plate combines one-third ribbed and two-thirds smooth cooking surface on 825 × 400 mm. Three heating zones and 9 kW of power allow grilled food and egg dishes or vegetables to be prepared on the same plate. The splash guard is fitted on three sides, and the grease collection container is removable.
