The SARO Griddle GPK 810 combines a smooth and a ribbed cooking surface with a non-stick ceramic coating, with one-third ribbed and two-thirds smooth. Three independently controllable heating zones allow for different temperatures, continuously adjustable from 50 to 300 °C. The equipment includes a safety thermostat, splash guard, and removable grease collection container.
