The SARO Griddle GPK 610 has a cooking surface that is half ribbed and half smooth, with a non-stick ceramic coating. Two independently controllable heating zones allow for different temperatures for grilling and frying, continuously adjustable from 50 to 300 °C. It features a safety thermostat, splash guard, and removable grease collection container.
