The SARO PROFRI 6 fryer is a countertop model with a capacity of 6 litres for medium frying quantities in daily operation. The removable, rounded tank has a cold zone, and the heating elements can be removed for cleaning. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C.
