The Snack II has two independent 4 litre tanks in which different foods can be fried at the same time without transferring flavours. Each tank has 2 kW and is controlled separately; a safety thermostat protects both tanks against overheating. The unit requires two separate sockets and is compactly built as a countertop appliance.
