The SARO FT 13 fryer holds 13 litres and is a stainless steel countertop unit for snack bars, bistros and catering. The rounded tank has a cold zone, and a drain tap makes emptying easier. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C; the heating element is removable.
