The SARO PROFRI 8 V fryer is a countertop model with a capacity of 8 litres and a drain tap that makes oil changes easier. The stainless steel tank is rounded and has a cold zone; the heating element can be removed for cleaning. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C.
