The SARO PROFRI 4 fryer is a compact countertop unit with a capacity of 4 litres for small frying quantities, such as side dishes and snacks. It takes up little space on the work surface (245 × 430 mm). The tank is rounded, removable and has a cold zone; the temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 180 °C.
