The Bartscher gas range from the 700 series is a floor-standing unit with six gas burners (3 × 6.2 kW, 3 × 8.5 kW), an electric oven GN 2/1 and a neutral cabinet in the base. The oven operates in the range of 100 to 300 °C. Piezo ignition and flame failure device are included. The unit is suitable for continuous commercial use.
