The traditional HENDI rolled steel frying pan has a diameter of 280 mm and a welded-on handle, and is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. Before first use it must be seasoned several times and then oiled regularly so that the protective layer is maintained and no rust forms.
