The Bartscher gas range S700 is a countertop unit from the 700 series with two gas burners (1 × 8.5 kW, 1 × 6.2 kW) and a total output of 14.7 kW at a width of 400 mm. Piezo ignition and flame failure device are included; it is connected via a 1/2" gas connection. The unit is suitable for continuous commercial use.
