The 250 Plus slicer is an angled slicer with a 250 mm diameter blade for commercial slicing. The cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 12 mm, with a cutting length of 195 mm and a cutting height of 140 mm. The carriage is removable and has two handles; a blade sharpener, double blade guard, and magnetic switch are included. The machine is designed for continuous commercial operation.
