The 195 Plus slicer is an angled slicer with a 195 mm diameter blade for commercial slicing. The cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 12 mm, with a cutting length of 185 mm and a cutting height of 130 mm. The carriage is removable and has two handles; a blade sharpener, double blade guard and magnetic switch are included. The machine is designed for continuous commercial operation.
