The 275 Plus slicer is an angled slicer with a Ø 275 mm blade for commercial slicing. The cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 12 mm, with a cutting length of 180 mm at a cutting height of 150 mm. The carriage is removable and has two handles; a blade sharpener, double blade guard and magnetic switch are included. The machine is designed for continuous commercial operation.
