The Bartscher dough mixer kneads up to 12 kg of dough per batch in a 16-liter stainless steel bowl. Thanks to the tilting head and removable bowl, the dough can be easily removed and the bowl cleaned. The machine operates at one speed, and the kneading time is set using a digital timer. It is suitable for continuous commercial use; casters are available as an option.
