The ALVA heated display cabinet offers 178 liters of space for hot food at +30 to +80 °C. The interior is made of stainless steel, the housing of plastic, and the display area is divided between three height-adjustable shelves and the base. The temperature is electronically controlled, and an included water tray humidifies the air. LED lighting makes the food visible, and it can be stocked through the door on the back.
